Salmon Fish Tail Papaya Soup

Ingredients:(serve for 8-10 people)

salmon fish tail (about 800g)
ham 20g (it’s an option)
1 green papaya (about 400g)
2 carrot (about 300g)
Chinese yam 38g
2 dried figs
3 candied date
1 seedcase
3 slices of ginger
12 cups of water

Instructions:
1. Wash all the ingredients. Peel the papaya cut them into pieces. Discard seeds. Peel the carrot cut them into pieces.
2. Fry both side of salmons with oil and ginger
3. Boiled the water, and put everything inside
4. Place on stove, high heat cook for 30 mins, after turn down heat to simmer for 1.5-2 hours

Remark: there’s no need to add salt if you put ham
