Maple syrup on top of steamed egg white with milk



This dessert is very easy, the key point is to manage the steaming time.


Ingredients (serves 2 people):

Lapierre Maple Farm 100% (Grade A Amber Rich Taste) 1 teaspoon

egg white 60g

fresh milk 250g



  1. Crack an egg and separate the egg white from the egg yolk
  2. Combine the egg white and milk together.
  3. Put them in an boiled water, cover with a lid and steam for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 mins, do not open the lid, leave it for 20 mins
  5. Take it out and put 1 teaspoon of Lapierre Maple Farm 100% (Grade A Amber Rich Taste)
  6. Then it is ready to serve
