Baked chicken with Lapierre Maple Syrup

Enjoy this baked chicken at home for a family supper. Chicken with maple syrup is delicious, moist & satisfying!

Ingredients (serves 6-8 people):

Lapierre Organic Maple Syrup (Grade A Amber Rich Taste): 1/2 tablespoon
24 Drumstick
1 soup spoon onion(chopped)
1 soup spoon Worcestershire sauce


dried thyme leaves: 1 teaspoon
salt: 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
mashed garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
mashed ginger: 1/4 teaspoon


1. Wash the drumstick and let them dry. Add all the marinade, pickle for one hour or put into refrigerator stay overnight

2. Preheat the oven to 375°F

3. Put the drumstick on the oven plate, bake them 15 mins. Take them out, turn the drumstick, then bake 15 mins more

4. During the baking time, put Lapierre maple syrup into a small pot, stay 1-2 mins until boil. Mix the onion and Worcestershire sauce together, and then turn off the heat. It becomes maple syrup sauce

5. Take out the drumstick from the oven again, spread the maple syrup sauce on the drumstick, bake 10 mins more

6. After that, it is ready to serve
